The Poster Fair is an in-person event, with posters displayed during facilitated poster sessions at the Summit.
To support broader participation, a limited number of digital posters may also be displayed onsite in a rotating slideshow format for individuals who are unable to attend in person.
Detailed information about presentation formats and eligibility is available on the Poster Presenter page.
Selected in-person posters are eligible for competitive awards recognizing excellence, innovation, and community relevance in primary care and public health.
Award recipients are recognized during the closing awards celebration and featured on the event website.
Poster judges play a key role in recognizing outstanding research, QI projects, and innovative community health initiatives. If you’re interested in contributing your expertise, we’d love to hear from you.
Submitting the interest form does not commit you to serving. It simply lets us know who may be available so we can follow up with details, final times, and next steps as the event approaches.
Gain visibility for your research, QI projects, or program innovations among a broad and diverse audience of professionals and experts who are passionate about advancing healthcare and public health.
We are seeking poster abstracts highlighting research, quality improvement initiatives, innovative projects, and conceptual works. Submissions may include works in progress, completed projects, or ideas that emphasize best practices in community-oriented, patient-centered primary care, and population health programs.
Please select the appropriate abstract submission form for your project type.
Submissions will not be accepted after this date.
