Mark your calendars! El Rio Health and the Southern Arizona AHEC are hosting the 2nd Annual Southwestern Primary Care Research & Innovation Summit on May 6-7, 2025. Join us in celebrating champions of “Health Equity and Access for All” as we showcase transformative innovations in practice-based research, quality improvement, patient-centered care, and community-engaged health initiatives from diverse community health centers and local partners across Southern Arizona.
The Summit will kick off with the 9th Annual El Rio Health Poster Fair — a dynamic, virtual exhibition highlighting the scholarly achievements of emerging and established healthcare leaders. The live Research & Innovation Summit schedule will include a range of educational sessions, a special pre-summit workshop on May 6th, a poster awards ceremony, and a casual networking “meet & greet” with hors d’oeuvres and refreshments on the Manning House patio.
Discover and discuss best practices and lessons learned from impactful primary and integrated healthcare initiatives that have advanced patient care, health equity, and community health outcomes! This event will be hosted at El Rio Manning House Ballroom in Tucson, AZ. Virtual attendance options will also be available. There is no cost to attend this activity!
